  • How far is The Palm Leaf from the beach?
    The Palm Leaf is about a 7-minute drive from Palm Beach and its famous strip and about a 10-minute drive from Eagle beach.
  • How do I get around the island?
    When staying at The Palm Leaf a rental car is a must. Aruba is very safe and easy to drive around and The Palm Leaf is located conveniently right of Route 3. We offer rental cars with pick-up/drop off service. We also work with reliable taxis but this is much costlier.
  • Does The Palm Leaf provide beach chairs?
    The Palm Leaf provides 2 beach chairs and a cooler to bring to the beach for each apartment.
  • What about housekeeping?
    The Palm Leaf provides housekeeping every 2-3 days, towels every 2-3 days and bedding every 4-6 days. Additional services are available on request.
  • How do I book tours and activities?
    The Palm Leaf works together with Vacation Store, download their app or go to www.vacationstore.net and use code PALMLEAF to book your tour with 10% discount.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    When booking directly with The Palm Leaf, the cancellation policy is 1 week of check in. This means that guests can cancel free of charge till 1 week of check in, if guests cancel within 1 week of check - in date, a 50% fee will be charged. If guest cancels on day of check - in, or is a 'no-show', 100% of the amount will be charged. Guests that book an apartment through us directly automatically agree to these conditions.
  • When will I be charged?
    Guests that book directly with The Palm Leaf will be charged 50% of the total amount 1 week before check-in and the remaining 50% on the day of check-in (unless agreed upon otherwise). A temporary hold of 50% could be placed on the credit card about 1 month before check-in to validate the credit card. Additionally, a deposit of $100 could be placed on the card before check-in.
